About the role
- Lead the strategy, delivery, and commercial success of Trainline’s partner-facing product portfolio.
- Set multi-year product strategy, lead senior product leaders and work cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure products are designed for scale and reliability across Europe, balancing bespoke partner needs with platform leverage.
- Work closely with Commercial teams to support partner acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Build a high-performing product organization with strong product craft and customer focus.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior B2B or partner product leadership roles, owning strategy and delivery for complex, partner-facing portfolios.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering product strategies at scale in technically complex environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering closely with revenue and growth teams.
- Experience leading and developing senior product managers and product leaders.
- Ability to balance innovation and experimentation with operational reliability and regulatory constraints.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including influence at VP and Exec level.
