About the role
- Join a team focused on improving customer experiences across Trainline’s products, creating thoughtful, tech-enabled solutions that enhance the traveller journey while also supporting Trainline’s commercial goals and overall business performance.
- Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and large language models, to anticipate traveller needs, deliver timely support, and create more intuitive, personalised traveller care.
- Balance great customer experiences with an awareness of how design choices can influence key business metrics such as conversion, engagement, and retention.
- Work closely with Product, Research, Data, and Engineering in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Execute against the end-to-end design process to deliver innovative and visually polished tactical solutions, as well as contribute to Trainline’s overall strategy.
