About the role
- Create and manage POs, Lot Numbers, shipping marks, and ASNs with 100% accuracy.
- Approve bookings with forwarders, track ETD/ETA, ensure on-time departures (Air: 3d / Sea: 7d SLA).
- Validate shipping documents, resolve discrepancies, enforce vendor guideline compliance.
- Maintain ERP (NetSuite) and 3PL portals with up-to-date shipment, inventory, and financial data.
- Oversee end-to-end PO logistics for National Brands, ensuring <2% discrepancy and <5-day warehouse receiving lead time.
- Manage TOs between storage and fulfillment centers to align inventory with demand.
- Maintain Shapermint/Truekind product data (SKUs, UPCs, labels).
- Identify manual tasks, propose AI/low-code solutions, co-develop dashboards with BI/Data teams.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports on freight status, discrepancies, and KPIs.
- Partner with Finance on freight, duties, and taxes reconciliations.
Requirements
- 2+ years in international logistics, supply chain, or trade operations.
- ERP systems (preferably NetSuite).
- Intermediate/advanced Excel & Google Sheets.
- Strong knowledge of POs, bookings, tracking, and compliance.
- Low-code/no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) (Nice to Have).
- AI-powered process optimization (ChatGPT, Copilot) (Nice to Have).
- Data visualization (Tableau, dashboards) (Nice to Have).
- 3PL systems (ShipHero, Flexport, Amazon SC) (Nice to Have).
- Fluent English communication with international vendors.
