About the role
- Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle with our external partner; oversee social security movements and benefit vendor relations
- Draft employment contracts, manage termination letters, and ensure all processes align with Cyprus labor law
- Oversee right-to-work verifications and visa/residency status for international hires
- Lead the administrative side of onboarding/offboarding, from documentation to equipment retrieval
- Maintain the HR database, track metrics (turnover, headcount), and use Jira to automate department workflows
- Coordinate annual HR audits and monitor diversity metrics to meet statutory requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles
- Advanced knowledge of Cyprus labor law and payroll procedures
- Professional English fluency (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and experience handling confidential data
- Experience with Jira or workflow automation tools is a plus
- Experience in finance or trading domain
- Familiarity with TradingView as a product
