About the role

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation collection, background checks, role profiles, labour contracts, and termination orders, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations
  • Help manage employment and change letters, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with employee queries
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programmes and coordinating with external partners
  • Contribute to HR reporting, data analytics, and dashboard preparation
  • Support performance review processes, including setup, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion
  • Help keep day-to-day office operations running efficiently and organised
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and receiving deliveries
  • Coordinate business travel, accommodation, and transfers
  • Assist with planning and organising team events

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Some prior experience in HR administration (internship or working student role counts)
  • A basic understanding of labour law and HR best practices
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Self-motivated and equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team
