About the role
- Set up and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Apple Search Ads, X, Reddit or other channels
- Ensure our martech stack enables best-in-class tracking, attribution, and reporting to support our growth
- Continuously improve performance through testing of creatives, copy, audiences, keywords, bidding strategies, and campaign structure
- Explore and validate new channels and campaign types
- Build clear documentation & reports to showcase your work beyond top of line metrics
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms, including integrating tools and processes to drive optimisation and automation
- Deep understanding of best practices for campaign structure, bidding, ad copy, creative, and extensions
- Proficiency with Google Ads products and programmatic advertising
- Technical knowledge of Google Tag Manager, MMPs and CDPs;
- Strong analytical ability to track, interpret, and present data clearly
- A habit of staying on top of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities
- Bonus points - Proven track record of success in app-first business
- Genuine interest in investing or finance
