Lead and manage the development of training programs for Sales & Service Teams at Trader Interactive
Create and implement comprehensive training strategies that enhance the sales & service team’s capabilities, performance, and product knowledge
Mentor a Team of Trainers: Be the lead and mentor, providing guidance and support to ensure they are delivering effective training programs
Foster a collaborative environment to encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Design and Implement Training Programs: Develop and implement scalable training programs tailored to enhancing sales skills, product knowledge, and sales strategies for all marketplaces
Work with subject matter experts in various departments to develop content for ongoing training programs based on areas of need
Performance Improvement: Work with Managers to Identify performance gaps within the sales / service teams and develop targeted training initiatives to address those gaps
Monitor and evaluate the success of training programs through metrics such as performance, skill development, and engagement levels
Onboarding and Integration: Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive a comprehensive introduction to the company, products, processes, tools, and establish a deep understanding of the company and product value stories
Teach and reinforce proven sales methodologies (e.g., consultative selling) and techniques to improve closing rates, objection handling, prospecting, and relationship management
Building effective training plans and certification programs for new product launches
Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Develop and implement tools to track the effectiveness of training programs, including pre-and post-training assessments, surveys, and performance metrics
Use data-driven insights to refine training methods and content
Requirements
4+ years experience in sales, sales management, or a sales training role
4+ years experience communicating product focused content, value propositions and recommendations
4+ years creating training materials and delivering training content
Experience using sales intelligence tools/software
Experience using any of the following: Sales CRM/engagement platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Groove, Gong, etc.)
Experience using Learning Management Systems (Continu, Brainshark, Lessonly, etc.
