About the role
- Own the quality and continuous development of the sales pipeline.
- Build expertise in inbound and outbound logistics.
- Act as a trusted sparring partner for prospective customers.
- Work closely with the GTM team and the Head of Sales.
- Represent TradeLink at selected events.
- Develop close relationships with Product, Marketing and Customer Success.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or comparable commercial roles.
- Curiosity about the business models of your prospects.
- Experience navigating complex decision-making processes within organizations.
- Strong drive to succeed demonstrated by persistence, resilience and proactivity.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
