About the role

  • Own the quality and continuous development of the sales pipeline.
  • Build expertise in inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Act as a trusted sparring partner for prospective customers.
  • Work closely with the GTM team and the Head of Sales.
  • Represent TradeLink at selected events.
  • Develop close relationships with Product, Marketing and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or comparable commercial roles.
  • Curiosity about the business models of your prospects.
  • Experience navigating complex decision-making processes within organizations.
  • Strong drive to succeed demonstrated by persistence, resilience and proactivity.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
