Product Manager

• You define the product vision and strategy in close collaboration with the leadership team and coordinate cross-functional cooperation.
• You drive AI-powered product development and explore innovative ways to create customer value with AI and advance our product vision.
• You assess the business viability and market potential of new features based on project outcomes and product metrics.
• You own Product Discovery and solution development and enable your team to deliver features based on validated customer insights, data-driven decisions, and clearly defined business value.
• You work closely with engineering and design teams, other product managers, the founders, and the go-to-market team to advance product development and ensure high-quality releases.
• You measure the impact on customer and business outcomes and continuously optimize KPIs and processes.

Principal Product Manager – AI

Account Executive

• Own the quality and continuous development of the sales pipeline.
• Build expertise in inbound and outbound logistics.
• Act as a trusted sparring partner for prospective customers.
• Work closely with the GTM team and the Head of Sales.
• Represent TradeLink at selected events.
• Develop close relationships with Product, Marketing and Customer Success.

Customer Success Manager

• You act as a strategic advisor to our customers, understand their business objectives, and ensure early value delivery and lasting impact.
• You build trusted customer relationships, develop project champions on the client side, and identify relevant stakeholders.
• You ensure company-wide adoption of TradeLink and support customers in using our AI-powered product by applying structured change management and driving acceptance across the organization.
• You take end-to-end responsibility for rollouts across the entire customer journey – including partner activation.
• You identify, understand and clearly articulate user requirements to enable customer-driven development of our AI-based product features.
• You identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your customer portfolio and proactively drive their implementation.
• You work closely with the Sales team, evaluate new opportunities, and actively contribute to revenue growth in your customer portfolio.

• You translate our ICP definitions into concrete, scalable outbound systems — from targeting and enrichment to multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone).
• You design, operate and optimize repeatable outbound workflows and campaigns — with a focus on SQLs and pipeline value, not vanity metrics.
• You actively conduct outbound calls yourself, qualify leads in a structured way, and identify genuine purchase intent in complex buying environments.
• You hand off qualified opportunities cleanly to AEs and ensure a high level of SQL quality.
• You continuously analyze what works and what doesn't (targeting, messaging, timing, calls) and rapidly adapt your approaches.
• You document workflows, experiments and learnings and feed these insights back into Sales, Marketing and GTM.
• You actively shape how outbound works at TradeLink in the long term.

Outbound GTM Engineer

Business Development Rep

• Own the early stages of the sales funnel by initiating buying processes using creative, multi-channel, multi-persona strategies.
• Conduct high-quality research and personalized discovery to deeply understand prospect pain points and position TradeLink’s value.
• Deliver early-impact pitches and initial discovery presentations as a TradeLink expert.
• Fully manage your account portfolio, evaluating business models, opportunity value, and navigating complex stakeholder structures.
• Work closely with Account Executives, GTM, and business leaders to drive coordinated strategies and cross-company initiatives.
• Champion best practices in sales pipeline management (e.g., SPICED), data quality, clear communication, creative tactics, and impact-driven thinking.
