Full-stack Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across frontend and backend systems
• Develop and integrate with third-party APIs and external services critical to platform functionality
• Build and optimize backend services using Python and/or C#
• Develop and maintain APIs that power internal and external system integrations
• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces for data-heavy workflows and dashboards
• Work with modern databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.) and understand tradeoffs in data modeling and performance
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-impact features
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Debug and resolve production issues with a focus on reliability and user experience.

• Provide real-time support to traders via chat, email, and community channels
• Assist traders with questions related to evaluations, account rules, payouts, and platform functionality
• Help troubleshoot common platform issues and guide users through solutions
• Monitor trader feedback and escalate recurring issues to internal teams
• Support onboarding of new traders by helping them understand platform features and trading rules
• Maintain documentation of common support topics and frequently asked questions
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall trader experience
• Identify opportunities to proactively help traders succeed on the platform
