About the role
- Provide real-time support to traders via chat, email, and community channels
- Assist traders with questions related to evaluations, account rules, payouts, and platform functionality
- Help troubleshoot common platform issues and guide users through solutions
- Monitor trader feedback and escalate recurring issues to internal teams
- Support onboarding of new traders by helping them understand platform features and trading rules
- Maintain documentation of common support topics and frequently asked questions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall trader experience
- Identify opportunities to proactively help traders succeed on the platform
Requirements
- Experience in customer support, trader support, or community management
- Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency trading and market structure
- Familiarity with proprietary trading firms or prop firm evaluation models is strongly preferred
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex trading concepts in a simple and helpful way
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
