About the role
- Acquire new partners across the LATAM region (Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and white-label partners)
- Expand the company’s presence in key LATAM markets, driving new deposits, trading volumes, and active client acquisition
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within the region
- Build and maintain a strong network of partners, industry contacts, and potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish localized resources
- Meet regional business targets by prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Ensure strong partner relationships through consistent communication
- Provide management with insights on LATAM market trends and competitor activities
- Represent the company at regional industry events
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager
- Manage an active portfolio of brokers and at least 2–5 IBs willing to move
- Strong knowledge of LATAM market dynamics, business culture, and regulatory environments
- Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is essential; English fluency is required
- Based in or with strong working experience in the LATAM region.
