About the role

  • Acquire new partners across the LATAM region (Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and white-label partners)
  • Expand the company’s presence in key LATAM markets, driving new deposits, trading volumes, and active client acquisition
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities within the region
  • Build and maintain a strong network of partners, industry contacts, and potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish localized resources
  • Meet regional business targets by prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Ensure strong partner relationships through consistent communication
  • Provide management with insights on LATAM market trends and competitor activities
  • Represent the company at regional industry events

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager
  • Manage an active portfolio of brokers and at least 2–5 IBs willing to move
  • Strong knowledge of LATAM market dynamics, business culture, and regulatory environments
  • Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is essential; English fluency is required
  • Based in or with strong working experience in the LATAM region.
