Data Analyst

• Serve as the primary point of contact for payments, data, and reporting requests across all teams and the Senior Leadership Team
• Own Salesforce reporting and data extraction across KPI, notably around customer usage, revenue, and payments performance.
• Pull, analyze, and reconcile data from multiple sources, including Salesforce, payment processors, and finance systems.
• Build, maintain, and improve recurring and ad hoc reports using Salesforce and other analytics tools
• Track and analyze key business metrics such as ARR, churn, expansion average, customer lifecycle, product adoption, transaction success rates, fees, chargebacks, and payout timing.
• Support the payments function with operational reporting, analytics, and insights to help monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Monitor payment workflows and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Support Finance, Sales Operations, and Customer teams with data for planning forecasting and performance tracking.
• Provide accurate, timely metrics and insights for executive and Board level reporting.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to communicate payments, revenue, and customer insights to internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting processes, and operational visibility across payments and customer data.
• Translate complex payments and operational data into clear, actionable insights through dashboards, visualizations, and executive ready summaries for stakeholders across the organization
• Participate in customer and external partner discussions, as needed.

Payment and Data Analyst

Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Traction Rec on Salesforce, from kickoff through go-live and transition to support
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Partner with technical project team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Oversee testing process, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate system functionality
• Identify potential risks and issues, develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success
• Plan and consult on training and change management strategies and activities to ensure minimal disruption and high end user proficiency and adoption
• Conduct business analysis to ensure solutions meet objectives and align with business needs
• Manage go live issue resolution and partner with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and continuous improvement
• Travel to clients (must be able to travel in Canada and US, without restriction).

Product Operations

• Lead and develop the Product Operations and Product Enablement team, providing coaching, clarity, and growth opportunities
• Own and oversee Product Operations across the R&D organization, ensuring processes, training, and monitoring are in place and consistently followed throughout the product lifecycle
• Oversee the EA and upgrades processes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams
• Ensure Product Enablement delivers the content, tools, and training required to enable customer-facing teams to be successful in their roles
• Establish and evolve a data-driven approach to product analytics, including case trending, product usage insights, and adoption metrics
• Surface insights and trends to Product, R&D, and broader leadership to inform decision-making and prioritization
• Act as the primary voice of how the product is landing with internal teams and customers, bringing feedback into the Product organization to drive continuous improvement
• Serve as a key stakeholder during feature ideation to ensure enablement, adoption, and operational considerations are incorporated early
• Set the strategy and oversee the development of internal product tools, including diagnostic, training, and knowledge tools, while supporting individual contributors responsible for execution
• Develop, implement, and maintain product and development tools, processes, and documentation for broader organizational use
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define success metrics for Product and Development teams
• Identify and manage R&D government funding opportunities such as IRAP and SR&ED
• Manage a consistent approach for products or integrations that reach end of life
• Improve the visibility and understanding of the product roadmap for internal and external stakeholders.

Manager, Product Operations

Account Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted relationship leader for your portfolio of enterprise accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors and key stakeholders through regular check-ins, pulse calls, and strategic touchpoints
• Define, manage, and maintain success plans aligned with the customer’s and Traction Rec’s strategic goals
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), track progress against objectives, and gather feedback to inform roadmap and service delivery
• Proactively identify renewal timelines, expansion opportunities, and risks, ensuring timely and strategic engagement with customers and internal teams
• Partner with internal teams to coordinate responses to escalations through the management of available resources to ensure timely resolution
• Align internal teams on customer account needs related to roadmap, services, support, and Salesforce alliance priorities
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation in CRM, ensuring visibility into key actions, stakeholders, and upcoming milestones
• Enable executive sponsors by preparing briefs, aligning messaging, and facilitating strategic customer meetings
• Identify when Salesforce ecosystem engagement is needed and coordinate joint activities with Salesforce account executives, CSMs, and partners
• Travel to clients, as required (Must be able to travel in Canada and US, without restriction)

• Participate in monthly “dev days” where we all pair up and build whatever we want
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as part of tier 3 support during office hours
