Key responsibilities & impact

Work with the Product team to validate requirements and product solutions
Define test scenarios with the Development and Product teams
Provide quality insights and direct testing alongside Development
Manual and exploratory QA on new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
Create documentation of application changes, configuration, or known issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of professional experience in a QA role
Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technically minded with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Experience in defining new QA processes
Personable and empathetic
