About the role
- Process hardware-related Accounts Payable
- Execute PO matching and manage vendor payments
- Track and reconcile inventory movements
- Partner with hardware operations team for audits
- Track, calculate, and reconcile Cost of Goods Sold
- Execute month-end inventory and AP close processes
- Track and report purchase price variances
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive cost and inventory accounting experience
- Strong experience navigating and adapting to modern financial ERP systems
- NetSuite experience is highly preferred
- Understanding of Bills of Material (BOM)
- Detail-oriented with sharp eye for accuracy
- Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and warehouse teams
