About the role
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay modules
- Manage end-to-end compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and salary planning
- Design and maintain compensation templates, worksheets, and statements
- Configure eligibility rules, budget allocation, and approval workflows
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Perform UAT/SIT testing and support defect resolution
- Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and smooth integration with Employee Central
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous enhancements
