About the role

  • The Director leads the development and execution of the company’s national pricing strategy across all chassis product lines, regions, and customer channels.
  • The role is accountable for driving profitable growth by aligning price architecture with market demand, competitive pressures, production economics, and lifecycle value.
  • Working closely with sales, operations, supply chain, finance, and commercial leadership, this position ensures pricing decisions support volume objectives while protecting margin integrity.
  • The Director also shapes enterprise‑wide pricing governance, enabling consistent, data‑driven decisions that optimize profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field required
  • At least five years of progressive experience in financial modeling required
  • Ten years of experience in Pricing roles, and/or A combination of education and work experience.
