Recruitment

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for light industrial roles
• Work closely with the Territory Operations Team to understand each customer’s unique needs
• Communicate with users on the app to effectively fill open positions
• Make a high volume of calls to workers across different time zones to ensure shift coverage
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and Territory Operations Team
• Perform repetitive tasks daily with consistency and attention to detail
• Be adaptable to be placed where there is demand, with little downtime
• Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment requiring quick decision-making
