About the role
- Design and deliver quantitative research projects end-to-end
- Analyse data and uncover meaningful insights
- Translate findings into clear, strategic recommendations for clients
- Apply frameworks, behavioural thinking and marketing insight to analysis
- Work closely with colleagues and clients to solve complex problems
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in a research agency or commercial insights environment
- A relevant degree (e.g. statistics, marketing, psychology, economics or social sciences)
- Strong quantitative analysis and data interpretation skills
- Experience designing and delivering quantitative research projects
- The ability to translate complex findings into clear insights and recommendations
- Curiosity, creativity and a genuine interest in understanding people
