Standards and Compliance Lead – Project and Governance

Account Manager

• Lead and support capacity building of Trócaire’s local partners, ensuring organisational systems, skills, and structures to deliver sustainable programmes
• Lead partner assessments and develop tailored capacity-building action plans
• Deliver high-quality training, mentoring, workshops, coaching and ongoing feedback to partners
• Oversee design and delivery of capacity strengthening projects, ensuring timely implementation, accurate budgeting, and donor compliance
• Coordinate closely with Programme, Finance, and MEAL teams to align activities, track results, and produce quality reports
• Monitor progress against action plans, address challenges proactively, and incorporate lessons into future planning
• Document outcomes, lessons learned, and best practices; maintain accessible resources and documentation
• Facilitate reflection and learning across teams and partners, including peer exchanges, case studies, and review workshops
• Represent Trócaire and act as focal point for capacity strengthening with partners and external stakeholders

Capacity Strengthening Coordinator, Partnerships

Manager

• Provide strategic direction and technical advice on all aspects of MEAL for Trócaire’s programming
• Lead the design and implementation of MEAL frameworks, indicators, and tools across programmes and grants
• Provide technical support, training, and mentoring to staff and local partners on monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning
• Oversee quality data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance with donor requirements
• Support programme learning through reviews, evaluations, and knowledge sharing
• Strengthen partner capacity in results-based management, data analysis, and ethical M&E practices
• Represent Trócaire in MEAL, partnership, and localisation networks
• Lead development and management of evaluations, baselines, and research studies using qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• Promote documentation and dissemination of lessons learned and innovative practices
• Contribute to proposal design, theories of change, and MEAL frameworks to support institutional funding
