About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer and manage the following Enterprise systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and configuration
Provide technical and functional expertise in the design and enhancement of enterprise systems.
Lead and manage enterprise system improvement projects from conception to implementation.
Provide backup support for monitoring the Digital Services helpdesk functions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

IT qualification or equivalent hands-on experience.
Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT Services, IT Support role, experience in Salesforce (administration, configuration, or development) or Unit4 Business World (Agresso).
Experience with software applications, particularly in an NGO or non-profit environment, is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Salesforce administration tools (e.g. Flow, reports, user management) and/or Unit4 Business World financial modules.
Proficiency in developing training materials using Microsoft Office, e-learning platforms, and other relevant tools.
