  • You manage and develop your customers in line with established company objectives and implement regional sales promotion measures
  • You acquire new customers while taking profitability into account and continuously identifying market potential
  • You provide professional advice on promotional and point-of-sale materials in accordance with the Quality Group’s economic guidelines, while continuously monitoring market changes and competitors

Requirements

  • You have experience in field sales and in grocery retail within the FMCG sector
  • Ideally, you have a commercial/business-related vocational qualification
  • You are a strong communicator, negotiate confidently, and enjoy networking
  • You enjoy working with KPIs and selling, and are enthusiastic about our products
  • You are comfortable with digital media and like to contribute new ideas
  • You hold a driver’s license (Class B), are willing to travel, and are flexible regarding your place of residence
