About the role
- You manage and develop your customers in line with established company objectives and implement regional sales promotion measures
- You acquire new customers with regard to profitability and continuously identify market potential
- You provide professional advice on sales promotion materials while adhering to the Quality Group’s economic guidelines and continuously monitoring market changes and competitors
Requirements
- You have experience in field sales and in grocery retail within the FMCG sector
- Ideally, you have commercial vocational training
- You are an effective communicator, a confident negotiator, and enjoy networking
- You enjoy working with KPIs, selling, and are enthusiastic about our products
- You are confident with digital media and like to contribute new ideas
- You hold a driving licence (Class B), are willing to travel, and are flexible regarding your place of residence
