About the role

  • Manage the personnel cost budgeting process based on the forecasting model
  • Own the personnel cost forecasting, including regular updates
  • Analyze and develop central HR and recruiting KPIs
  • Produce ad-hoc analyses for HR, Finance and the business
  • Support ESG- and GDPR-relevant analyses in the HR context
  • Drive end-to-end automation of HR controlling and analytics processes and tools

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in HR controlling, people analytics, or a comparable analytical role
  • Strong understanding of personnel cost structures as well as forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
  • Experience building, maintaining and further developing HR and recruiting KPIs
  • High numerical affinity and the ability to present complex issues clearly
  • Structured, precise, with a strong focus on data quality
  • Confident in working with stakeholders from HR, Finance and the business
  • Interest in process improvement, automation and tools
  • Very good German at native level and secure professional-level English skills
