About the role
- Manage the personnel cost budgeting process based on the forecasting model
- Own the personnel cost forecasting, including regular updates
- Analyze and develop central HR and recruiting KPIs
- Produce ad-hoc analyses for HR, Finance and the business
- Support ESG- and GDPR-relevant analyses in the HR context
- Drive end-to-end automation of HR controlling and analytics processes and tools
Requirements
- Several years of experience in HR controlling, people analytics, or a comparable analytical role
- Strong understanding of personnel cost structures as well as forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
- Experience building, maintaining and further developing HR and recruiting KPIs
- High numerical affinity and the ability to present complex issues clearly
- Structured, precise, with a strong focus on data quality
- Confident in working with stakeholders from HR, Finance and the business
- Interest in process improvement, automation and tools
- Very good German at native level and secure professional-level English skills
