About the role
- You implement the German contribution to the B2B expansion roadmap
- You are responsible for the end-to-end readiness of new B2B clients — from approval to go-live
- You manage the Channel Activity Masterplan (CAMP) across all B2B channels
- You translate portfolio priorities into NOI targets, distribution objectives, and sales focus
- You track implementation, identify gaps, and derive effective actions
- You ensure consistent execution of sales fundamentals — assortment, pricing, promotion, and merchandising
- You act as the single point of contact for Germany and oversee daily B2B operations
- You share best practices and scale successful execution approaches internationally
Requirements
- You have at least 7 years of experience in the FMCG sector (food or lifestyle)
- You have a strong track record in marketing and sales roles with a clear commercial focus
- You have a generalist mindset and act entrepreneurially
- You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- You bring a high sense of ownership and strong execution capabilities
- You thrive in a dynamic, growth-driven environment
- You are willing to travel (approx. 60%, across Germany and to Hamburg/HQ)
- You are negotiation-level (business-fluent) in German and English
