About the role
- Properly restock the UK warehouse for both brands and across all sales channels
- Coordinate and support the preparation of transfers (Transfer Preparation)
- Act as the central communication link between the UK Operations team, brand teams, sales channels and the warehouse (3PL)
- Ensure system accuracy and work closely with the 3PL partner and customer service
- Lead regular alignment meetings with the warehouse and internal TQG stakeholders
Requirements
- Several years of experience in warehouse management, logistics or supply chain
- Strong communication skills
- High system affinity and experience in stock management (Stock Flow Management and System Accuracy)
- Proactive, solution-oriented and a team player
- Confident communication in English (business fluent) and ideally German
