About the role

  • You will own the global end-to-end Order-to-Cash process from customer onboarding through cash receipt
  • You will continuously develop the existing O2C framework and ensure scalable structures
  • You will actively drive the automation of central processes (including EDI, Salesforce workflows, reporting)
  • You will manage and monitor operational KPIs such as OTIF, DSO, Order Accuracy, Dispute Rate and Cost-to-Serve
  • You will ensure high data quality, accurate customer master data and reliable order validation
  • You will work closely with Supply Chain & Logistics on delivery performance, product availability and OTIF targets
  • You will cooperate with Finance & Credit Control on invoice accuracy, collections/dunning and cash-flow optimization
  • You will help shape the integration of Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA together with IT and the Transformation Office
  • You will build out digital O2C capabilities such as workflow automation, EDI coverage and KPI dashboards
  • Depending on development and setup, you may assume broader responsibilities up to the functional leadership of specific roles or areas

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Operations or a related field
  • You bring many years of solid professional experience in Order-to-Cash, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations
  • You have extensive experience in end-to-end process management, operational excellence and digitization
  • You are well versed in Salesforce Sales Cloud (Order Management, Workflows) and SAP S/4HANA (SD, FI, Credit Management)
  • You have experience with EDI processes, automation tools and reporting dashboards
  • You work analytically, in a structured and solution-oriented manner and approach operational topics proactively
  • You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders confidently and enjoy cross-functional collaboration
  • You have business-fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
