About the role

  • You manage and develop your customer base in line with the company’s defined objectives and implement regional sales promotion measures
  • You acquire new customers while considering profitability and continuously identifying market potential
  • You provide expert advice on sales promotion materials in compliance with The Quality Group’s economic guidelines while continuously monitoring market changes and competitors

Requirements

  • You have experience in field sales, sales, or grocery retail
  • You ideally have a commercial/business qualification
  • You are a strong communicator, negotiate confidently and enjoy networking
  • You enjoy working with KPIs, love selling and are enthusiastic about our products
  • You are confident using digital media and like contributing new ideas
  • You hold a driver’s license (Class B), are willing to travel and flexible regarding place of residence
