Translate product strategy into executable operational plans across forecasting, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing
Build accurate forecasts for all US SKUs, incorporating product launches, marketing activations, and seasonal demand
Oversee in-house production and outsourced co-manufacturing, ensuring scalability, cost-efficiency, and operational resilience
Establish and manage 3PL warehouse operations; optimize stock levels; ensure on-time fulfillment across Amazon (FBA), DTC, and retail partners
Build and oversee logistics processes including freight, 3PL partnerships, and last-mile delivery solutions
Partner with global and local Product, Brand, and Sales teams to operationalize launches, promotions, and channel-specific requirements
Source and negotiate new suppliers, packaging, and ingredients
Create scalable planning, warehousing, and logistics processes supported by demand planning tools and ERP systems; partner on third-party audits and quality assurance
Monitor KPIs (forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turnover, logistics efficiency, COGS performance) and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
6+ years of experience in operations, demand planning, or supply chain management within food, beverage, or wellness CPG industries
Proven ability to manage both in-house production and outsourced/co-manufacturing models
Strong experience with warehousing, inventory management, and logistics networks (3PL, freight, fulfillment)
Analytical mindset with advanced forecasting and planning skills; ERP and demand planning software experience a plus
Excellent communication and project management skills
Demonstrated success in balancing cost, quality, and speed in supply chain execution
Comfortable working in lean, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with high accountability
