About the role

You support our Key Account Managers (KAMs) in building and strengthening our most important customer relationships and act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Trade Marketing, Business Intelligence, IT, fulfillment partners).
In coordination with the KAMs and other departments, you prepare presentations and meetings with our partners and serve as an important strategic/content sparring partner.
Your strong entrepreneurial mindset supports the development of new business areas and our international expansion.
You communicate confidently and consistently with central purchasing contacts and external service providers.
You make data-driven decisions and prepare/report regular reports.

You hold a degree in economics/business administration, or alternatively a completed vocational qualification with relevant further training.
You have already gained 1–3 years of professional experience and have knowledge in project and/or process management, ideally in a fast-growing, dynamic company.
You are a generalist with a quick grasp of new topics, decisive and possess a hands-on mentality.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office is a matter of course; experience with leading CRM, ERP and shop systems is a plus.
For internal and external communication you have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
You have a strong interest in the German and European FMCG sector and a passion for our products.
