About the role
- Execute the full recruitment cycle for high-volume positions, preferably in call centers or fast-paced hiring environments
- Conduct candidate phone screenings, preliminary interviews, pre-screening, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain effective and professional communication with candidates and internal teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Manage and update information in recruitment systems/ATS and office tools (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Support the implementation of recruitment best practices and talent processes according to business needs
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Dynamic, self-starter, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Previous experience in high-volume recruiting
- Knowledge and experience using office systems and ATS (preferably Workday or similar)
- Availability to travel to different locations as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
