About the role
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions across multiple departments.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide guidance on candidate evaluation and selection.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely documentation of recruitment activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews, assessments, and background checks while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the local market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (but not required)
- At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or sales related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse candidate pools and internal teams.
