About the role
- Handling inbound calls from customers wishing to make an insurance claim
- Support your customer through the process, assisting with fresh claims, updates, and general enquiries
- Follow set questions on your PC to determine options available to them
- Provide a positive experience on every call
- Talk to a variety of customers
