About the role

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Mandarin and English
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when needed
  • Maintain customer records by updating information in the system
  • Ensure service levels and quality standards are consistently met
  • Work effectively in a rotational shift schedule to support 24/7 operations

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) and good command of English
  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training will be provided
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work onsite and commit to rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Customer service experience (email, chat, or call) is an advantage but not mandatory
