About the role

  • Act as first point of contact for customers in Thai
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat from customers in Thai
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Thai language (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work onsite in TP Bangkok
  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Customer service experience is a plus (fresh graduates encouraged)
