  • Responsibilities: Healthcare Customer Service Representatives field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.\n
  • Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.\n
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.\n
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.\n
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.\n
  • Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.\n
  • Provide feedback on call issues.\n
  • Upsell if required.

Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment\n
  • 6 months Customer service experience preferred\n
  • Over 18 years of age\n
  • Ability to type 25 wpm\n
  • High School Graduate or GED\n
  • Comfort with desktop computer system\n
  • Proven oral & written communication skills\n
  • Logical problem-solving skills\n
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems\n
  • Organization and work prioritization skills\n
  • Work from Home Requirements: Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps\n
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 5.0 Mbps\n
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms\n
  • Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN\n
  • Proof of internet speed required\n
  • Clean and quiet workspace
