About the role

  • Moderate user-generated content on social media/platform to enforce community guidelines
  • Review, classify and/or eliminate highly sensitive content according to client parameters
  • Investigate and resolve complex content issues within turnaround times and quality standards
  • Participate in frequent refresher and continuous training programs
  • Comply with confidentiality policies and proper handling of customer information
  • Moderate traumatic, sensitive and potentially offensive content and escalate violations
  • Provide trends and insights and recommendations for process, policy and product improvements
  • Remain up to date on workflow changes, operational guidelines and Community Standards

Requirements

  • Experience navigating internet websites including social media, commercial websites, etc.
  • Comfortabililty reviewing internet content that may be inappropriate and/or explicit
  • Attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and Windows-based systems
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Predictable and reliable attendance
