• Manage and develop strategic key accounts across the DACH region
• Drive sales growth and profitability for the AVA product portfolio
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with regional business objectives
• Build long-term relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners
• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels
• Negotiate annual agreements, pricing, promotions, and commercial terms
• Monitor sales performance, forecast demand, and ensure accurate pipeline management
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, supply chain, and finance teams
• Ensure excellent in-store and online product visibility and activation
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to define winning strategies
