About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting recruitment activities and helping attract top talent
  • Assisting with the pre-onboarding and onboarding of new employees
  • Learning about payroll processes and supporting personnel administration and employee changes
  • Supporting daily HR operations, including employee queries, contract preparation, reporting, and HR administration
  • Assisting with Compensation & Benefits activities and HR policies
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring HR data accuracy
  • Learning about Dutch labour law and its practical application within an international organization
  • Contributing to various HR projects and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration with an HR specialization, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus
  • Interested in people, business, and how HR contributes to organizational success
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a structured way of working
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
  • Previous HR experience is not required – we'll help you learn and grow
  • Available for 5–6 months starting in September 2026
