Requirements

  • Experience in back-office or administrative tasks, ideally at a financial institution in the German-speaking market; alternatively, experience in customer service or a comparable role
  • Experience in the banking or financial sector; vocational training as a bank clerk (Bankkaufmann/-frau) or a comparable qualification is a plus
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills at B1–B2 level are an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and confident handling of conflict situations
