About the role

  • Perform fault diagnosis and resolution for technical issues affecting residential telephone and Internet connections (inbound and outbound)
  • Provide telephone support and guidance to technicians during fault resolution
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for technician deployments
  • Receive and process fault reports during telephone customer interactions

Requirements

  • Quick comprehension, strong team spirit, and excellent communication skills

  • Good computer skills and technical understanding/affinity
