About the role
- Perform fault diagnosis and resolution for technical issues affecting residential telephone and Internet connections (inbound and outbound)
- Provide telephone support and guidance to technicians during fault resolution
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for technician deployments
- Receive and process fault reports during telephone customer interactions
Requirements
- Quick comprehension, strong team spirit, and excellent communication skills
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Good computer skills and technical understanding/affinity
- Confident numerical understanding and analytical thinking skills
- Previous office experience is an advantage but not required — career changers, entry-level candidates, and returnees are warmly welcome
