About the role
- General payment transaction matters (e.g., transfers, transaction and account balance inquiries, direct debit returns, card blocking/unblocking)
- Inquiries about loans and financing
- Processing standing orders and direct debit returns
- Maintaining customer data in the system
- Scheduling customer appointments for the branch
Requirements
- With or without prior professional experience
- Solid PC skills for daily work (MS Office knowledge advantageous)
- Motivated and committed
- Fluent in spoken and written German
