About the role
- Perform fault diagnosis and resolve technical issues for telephone and internet connections in the private customer segment (inbound and outbound)
- Provide telephone support and guidance to technicians during fault resolution
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for technician deployments
- Receive and process fault reports during telephone customer contact
Requirements
- Quick comprehension, strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
- Strong service and customer-orientation
- Good computer skills and technical understanding/affinity
- Confident numeracy and analytical thinking
- Previous office experience is an advantage but not required — career changers, entry-level candidates and those re-entering the workforce are welcome (m/f/d)
