About the role

  • Perform fault diagnosis and resolve technical issues for telephone and internet connections in the private customer segment (inbound and outbound)
  • Provide telephone support and guidance to technicians during fault resolution
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for technician deployments
  • Receive and process fault reports during telephone customer contact

Requirements

  • Quick comprehension, strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Strong service and customer-orientation
  • Good computer skills and technical understanding/affinity
  • Confident numeracy and analytical thinking
  • Previous office experience is an advantage but not required — career changers, entry-level candidates and those re-entering the workforce are welcome (m/f/d)
