About the role

  • Independently and service-oriented response to customer inquiries via e-mail and letter
  • Operation of all functions of client-specific IT systems
  • Advising and supporting customers on all financing and leasing products
  • Preparing offers and processing master data changes
  • Account reconciliation and dispatch of documents
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining customer relationships

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and very good German language skills
  • Excellent PC/computer skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation and a high willingness to learn
  • Experience as a customer advisor or office clerk is desirable, but career changers are also welcome
