About the role
- Provide independent, service-oriented responses to customer inquiries by phone
- Operate customer-specific IT systems
- Advise and support customers on all financial and investment products
- Prepare offers and process changes to customer master data
- Reconcile accounts and dispatch documents
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and very good German language skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong customer and service orientation and a high willingness to learn
- Experience as a commercial employee or administrative clerk is desirable, but career changers are welcome
