About the role
- Independently and service-oriented handling of customer inquiries by phone, email, and letter
- Use of customer-specific IT systems
- Advising and supporting customers on all investment and wealth products
- Preparing quotations and processing changes to master data
- Account reconciliations and dispatching documents
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining customer relationships
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and very good German language skills
- Strong computer skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts
- Goal-oriented working with a strong sense of quality and responsibility
- High customer and service orientation as well as a strong willingness to learn
- Rational and analytical thinking skills
- Enjoy working in a team and interacting with customers
- Commercial or service-oriented training desirable but not required
