About the role

  • Assist with customer service and contract billing

Requirements

  • Some experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
