About the role
- Assist with customer service and contract billing
- Communicate with customers by phone and email
- Process contract terminations, including early terminations
- Support projects and enhancements within the Operations department
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Assist in preparing and delivering training sessions
- Maintain recurring task lists and ensure systematic workflows
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Ideally, experience in leasing, fleet management, rental services, or similar sectors
- Some experience in customer service is an advantage
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
