Manager

• Responsible for ensuring high levels of client, customer, and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne location
• Managing the delivery of guest/patient services
• Hiring, training, evaluating and discharging associates
• Planning, assigning, and directing work
• Appraising performance; financial management and reporting
• Addressing customer complaints
• Managing a minimum of two associates
• Ensure guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts
• Allocates labor resources efficiently to support service delivery
• Engaged in the recruitment and hiring processes
• Assists Account Manager in establishing guidelines for employees
• Develops cohesive working relationships with the clients’ staff members
• Drives business metrics for forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover

Associate Manager – Valet & Parking Services

• Directly oversees a portfolio of assigned accounts responsible for overall performance in financial management, guest and client satisfaction
• Works closely with the Vice President/District Manager to ensure corporate initiatives are incorporated within the operations
• Manages payroll, scheduling, and ensures that forecasts, payroll and accounting reports are on time and accurate
• Engaged in recruitment and hiring processes to ensure the best people are selected
• Ensures guest/patient service experience is delivered consistently on all shifts
• Develops working relationships with client’s staff members and maintains communication channels
• Takes responsibility for maintaining a high level of client visibility and understanding objectives

Area Manager – Valet & Parking Services

• Ensures that the guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts
• Sets a positive example for guest relations and empowers associates to provide excellent customer service
• Efficiently allocates labor resources to support service delivery and reduces staffing levels if business conditions dictate
• Is actively engaged in the recruitment and hiring processes
• Assists Account Manager in establishing guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters
• Develops cohesive working relationships with the clients’ staff members
• Understands and drives business metrics for forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover
• Ensures all associates accurately identify and collect revenue for all vehicles

Account Manager

• Directly oversees one Tier 3 or 4 assigned account and the organizational chart therein, responsible for account performance in financial management, guest satisfaction, and client satisfaction and business development objectives.
• Reports to the Area or District Manager.
• Understands and drives business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance and compliance.
• Demonstrates the ability to improve the financial performance and profitability of the account.
• Is actively engaged in recruitment and hiring processes to ensure the best people are selected for the location.
• Ensures that the guest/patient service experience is delivered consistently on all shifts.
• Develops cohesive working relationships with the clients’ staff members.
• Assists in prioritizing client relationship activities and meets with the client to present and offer additional services.

Senior Account Manager – Valet & Parking Services

• Directly oversees one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account
• Responsible for account performance for financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives
• Understands and drives business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance and compliance
• Demonstrates the ability to improve the financial performance and profitability of the account
• Manages scheduling, overtime for associates under his/her direct supervision, tip reporting, and timekeeping
• Ensures guest/patient service experience is delivered consistently on all shifts
• Develops cohesive working relationships with the clients’ staff members
