• The Account Manager directly oversees one Towne Park account and is responsible for account performance for financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives.
• Understands and drives business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance and compliance.
• Demonstrates the ability to improve the financial performance and profitability of the account.
• Understands the contractual agreement and recognizes ways to maximize opportunities.
• Manages scheduling, overtime for associates under his/her direct supervision, tip reporting, and timekeeping.
• Ensures that forecasts, payroll and accounting reports are on time and accurate.
• Ensures that the guest/patient service experience is delivered consistently on all shifts.
• Develops cohesive working relationships with the clients’ staff members.

Account Manager – Valet Services

Operations

• Directly oversees one Tier 1 or 2 Towne Park account and is responsible for account performance for financial, guest/patient satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives
• Understands and drives business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance and compliance
• Improves financial performance and profitability of the account; manages scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, timekeeping, forecasts, payroll and accounting reports
• Utilizes and enforces standardized business systems and ensures compliance with policies and procedures
• Actively engaged in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, performance appraisals, coaching, discipline and talent development for associates
• Ensures guest/patient service experience is delivered consistently; allocates labor resources to support service delivery and plans for seasonal variances with Area/District Manager and HR
• Develops and maintains cohesive working relationships with client staff; maintains regular communication rhythms and on-site visibility
• Trains others on systems, maintains clean work environment, completes tasks as instructed by Area/District Manager and cooperates with management and coworkers
• Ensures compliance with safety and security procedures; reports accidents/incidents, manages claims with Risk Management and works with HR on worker’s compensation cases
• Maintains relationships with current clients to obtain references and leads, monitors client business for growth opportunities and advises leadership on client changes

Valet and Parking Operations Manager

Manager

• Directly oversees a portfolio of assigned accounts responsible for overall performance in financial management, guest satisfaction, client satisfaction and business development objectives.
• Works closely with the Vice President/District Manager to ensure corporate initiatives and Towne Park cultural perspectives are incorporated within the district’s operations.
• Drives business metrics and performance measurements to ensure effectiveness, high performance and compliance; improves financial performance and profitability; understands contractual agreements to maximize opportunities.
• Manages forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, turnover; manages payroll, scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping; ensures forecasts and accounting reports are timely and accurate.
• Engages in recruitment and hiring; trains, coaches, conducts performance appraisals, develops future leaders, and provides direction to Account Managers.
• Ensures consistent guest/patient service experience across shifts; allocates labor resources and plans for seasonal staffing variances.
• Develops and maintains cohesive working relationships with client staff; maintains regular meeting rhythms and site presence; capitalizes on opportunities to grow Towne Park’s business.
• Attends staff meetings and POP meetings; maintains timely rhythms and transparency with District Manager/Regional Director; enforces compliance to standards for the area.
• Performs duties independently with minimal supervision and makes routine decisions within prescribed guidelines; controls available resources and adheres to budget responsibility.

Area Manager

• Directly oversees a portfolio of assigned accounts responsible for overall performance in financial management, guest satisfaction, client satisfaction and business development objectives

• Develops working relationships with clients; maintains regular meeting rhythms; ensures high visibility and follows through on commitments; attends POP meetings with Account Managers
