💰 $20 - $30 per hour

About the role

  • We are looking for a part time support person to help get us over the finish line – someone who has successfully implemented CMMI Level 3 Services before and is aware of the process and who can review our materials, help us fill in the gaps, and see us through to success.
  • We’re looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and review our materials, provide suggestions, and help implement those suggestions.

Requirements

  • Must have 3-4 years’ experience with CMMI Level 3 Services implementation and understand the assessment requirements
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work well alone and on teams
  • Be able to read and write English fluently
  • Must understand the changes between CMMI Model V2.0 and 3.0
  • You will be working directly with corporate leadership and must have the ability to articulate issues and provide solutions
  • Skilled in MS office suite
  • Works independently, proactively identifies, and completes tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams, stakeholders, and SMEs
