Account Executive

• Prospect new clients through visits, meetings and commercial contacts;
• Identify business opportunities and increase Total Express’s market share;
• Develop and manage a client portfolio, ensuring close relationships and generating new opportunities;
• Prepare commercial proposals, conduct negotiations and support contract analysis;
• Present logistics solutions in a consultative manner to clients and prospects;
• Manage the commercial process end-to-end, from prospecting to operation implementation;
• Monitor performance indicators, sales targets and forecasts;
• Update commercial opportunities and activities in the Salesforce CRM;
• Work in partnership with internal areas to build competitive solutions that meet client needs;
• Map market trends, competitors and expansion opportunities;
• Participate in events, trade shows and commercial meetings to strengthen the brand and generate business;
• Work on retention and development of the portfolio under your responsibility, contributing to account growth and profitability.
